【目的】中高年を対象とした、ITを活用した生活習慣改善プログラム「インターネット健康コミュニティ」を企画実施し、健康に関する自己効力感の変化と継続要因に関する検討を行った。【方法】神奈川県で活動する3つのシニアNPOの会員有志を対象として、Webを利用した食事・運動記録システムおよび月1 回の対面での健康教室を実施した。実施期間は2007年6月10日～12月14日の188日間である。食事・運動記録は（株）モバイルダイエット社の提供する「モバイルダイエット」Webシステムを用い、自身の食事・運動記録に加え、おおよそのカロリーバランスおよび栄養バランスに関する情報を提供した。健康教室は、運動と栄養に関する教室を交互に隔月で実施した。運動教室はウォーキングや自宅でできる筋トレメニューを中心に4回、栄養教室は調理実習および食事評価の知識を身につけるための講義を3回実施した。対象者を食事記録を全564回中423回(75%)以上つけた高参加群と422回以下の低参加群に分類し
て評価を行った。【結果】対象者の平均年齢は64.5歳（57歳～70歳）、男性18名女性3名であった。健康教室への参加は平均57.1%、 Webを利用して食事記録をつけた19名中、高参加群は9名、低参加群は10名であった。事後アンケートでは、低参加群に比
べて高参加群に健康に関する自己効力感の高まりが見られた(p＜0.05)。継続的な食事・運動記録の阻害要因として、14名がWebへの入力を挙げた。その他、食事前に写真を撮ることのわずらわしさ、食事の作り手の反発等の要因が挙げられた。低参加群のうち50回以上食事を記録した7名の記録パターンは、健康教室の直後から記録をつけるが長続きしない「息切れ型」と何らかの理由で中断したが健康教室をきっかけに記録を再開する「再開型」の２つに大別された。【考察】ITと対面を組み合わせた生活習慣改善プログラムでは、継続的な食事・運動記録が健康に関する自己効力感を高める効果があることがわかった。一方で継続的に食事・運動記録をつけることの物理的・心理的負担は大きい。健康教室が記録再開のきっかけとなるパターンが見られることから、定期的な対面での学習機会が継続性に寄与していると示唆される。今後は、入力の簡便化、食事の作り手の理解と賛同等、食事・運動記録の負担の軽減について検討する必要がある。

'We have studied about the evaluation of the stroke technique by three-dimensional forearm accelerations on the swimming using micro acceleration sensor IC. So far, we had used a wired data aquisition system for the accelerometry in our experiments. It prevented swimmers from swimming freely, and experimenter from measuring long sustained data aquistion. So we developed a new data aquistion device which is waterproofed and built in two micro acceleration sensor ICs. In this study, we would like to introduce this data logging system and its application for the swimming stroke observation.'

'We developed accelerometer device which can measure tri-accelerations of swimmer's wrist in swimming strokes. We used accelerometer monolithic integrated circuit(IC), namedADXL250. ADXL250 is a bi-axis accelerometer integrated circuit. We developed a prototype device which has two ADXL250 chips init. ADXL250 chips were set up perpendicularly each other. Three dimensional acceleration in front crawl swimming stroke were measured. In the experiment, the two video camera set up to capture underwater stroke motion by swimmers. We examined each axis's acceleration correspond to the underwater hand path. 'This study focuses on analysis of acceleration in sports movement. Especially, we examined wrist acceleration in punch, throwing and swimming stroke motions. The acceleration time series of the players' body segment indicates their skill level and movement patterns. We had developed a methodology of the performance prediction and the movement pattern discrimination by acceleration signal. We predicted maximum impact force by punch motion and initial ball velocity by baseball pitching motion using the wrist acceleration only. And we discriminated the several movement patterns on the punch motion and swimming stroke motion. As the result, we can get players' movement information by acceleration, even when the motion would be very fast or invisible underwater conditions.'

'人間の運動やスポーツの技術には、フォームや型とよばれるものが存在する。この運動のパターンを判別する方法といえば、従来選手自身やコーチの目から見た視覚情報がその主たる方法であった。これを客観的表現によって記述するならば、この視覚的情報とは身体各部位が占める空間的位置情報の時間的連続であるといえる。またバイオメカニクス研究においては、運動のパターンを判別する方法として身体各部の位置の時系列変化や重心の移動パターンなどを計算し、それをもとにした判別などを行う場合もある。この身体各部の位置情報の２階微分は加速度を意味するので、運動時の加速度にも個々の運動特有のパターンや個人特有の運動パターンといったものが特徴としてあらわれる可能性がある。位置情報が映画やビデオカメラの映像のデジタイズ作業によって得られるのと比べて加速度信号はアナログ信号としてリアルタイムで解析が可能であるという利点をもっている。従って運動パターンを加速度から判別できることはパフォーマンスを評価する新しい手法として価値があると思われる。我々は、その新しい手法として運動中の加速度信号を用いて運動パターンの判別を実現する手法を研究してきた[1,2,3]。その成果は突き技における腕加速度からの格闘技種目の判別においてその妥当性が実証済みである。そこで、今回我々は周期的運動の代表である水泳に着目し、水泳中の前腕の加速度から泳法の判別を行うことを試みた。'

格闘技における技の威力を表すには選手の主観的な表現による、技の「重たさ」や「鋭さ」といった言葉で表現されることが多い。従って選手間の技の威力を客観的に評価しようとする場合には衝撃力を測定する必要がある。過去にも実戦において最も多用される突き技について壁に固定した板ばね状の衝撃試験装置によって、吉福は空手、ボクシング、少林寺拳法、日本拳法といった各種格闘技の打突時の衝撃力を測定している（文献　）。ほかにも固定式の衝撃試験装置を用いた研究はある（文献　）が、固定式衝撃試験装置では標的の質量が無限大となるため被験者の手首や拳を痛めやすく危険であることが知られている。また実際の競技場面で相手を打突する場合、相手の質量が無限大であるということはないため、競技における実際の打突と実験における打突とが異なる可能性もある。本研究ではその点を考慮し新たに釣り下げ式の的による衝撃試験装置を作成し、標的の質量を実際の競技場面にそって変化させることでより実戦に近い突き技の衝撃力を測定することを目的とした。
