　概要を見る

生成物選択性の発現に触媒反応場の空洞容積が及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを本研究の目的とした。酵素分子内の空洞に直鎖アルカンが結合し、アルコールへの酸化反応が進行するアルカン酸化酵素では、生成する2-アルコールの立体異性体への選択性が基質結合部位の空洞容積に依存した。一方、細孔の空洞内に酸点が位置するゼオライト触媒においても、細孔の空洞容積がアルケン転化反応における生成物選択性に影響を及ぼした。

　概要を見る

タルクを触媒とすると1.3−ブタジエン（ブタジエン）の生成速度は、400℃、エタノール1気圧の反応条件下で7.8×10^-4 mol g^-1 h^-1であった。一方、 Zn (ZnOとして1.4 wt%) を含むタルクでは、ブタジエン生成速度は1.9×10^-2 mol g¹ h^-1 へと大きく増大した。触媒寿命は3倍以上に長くなり、7時間に達した。
